1. Nature of Service and Delivery

ToolBelt is delivered entirely as an automated online software service. We raise invoices only after delivering or rendering the SaaS access for which the invoice is being raised. Customers are requested to verify the availability and access of the SaaS platform and pay the subscription invoice only after confirmation of access to their account.

The ToolBelt SaaS platform operates in an automated way across our secure cloud infrastructure without requiring manual intervention to render standard application services.

2. Pre-Purchase Verification and Demonstration

Customers are requested to verify the suitability of ToolBelt features for their business needs prior to subscribing. We provide comprehensive demonstrations and feature walkthroughs prior to purchase to ensure complete transparency regarding system capabilities, workflows, and device compatibility.

3. No Cancellation or Refund

Users, at their own discretion, may choose to use or not use their active ToolBelt subscription account as they see fit during the validity of their billing period. Subscriptions do not carry cash surrender value or partial pro-rata refunds upon voluntary early discontinuation by the customer.
