This Email Disclaimer and Legal Notice Policy governs all electronic communications sent by or on behalf ofSarvasv Technologies Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”, “Sarvasv”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including its directors, employees, automated notification systems, and authorized representatives, concerning or originating under its operating brand ToolBelt (toolbelt.in). By receiving, reading, or interacting with our electronic mail communications, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.

1. Confidentiality and Privileged Information

All electronic mail transmissions originating from our corporate domains (including @toolbelt.in and @sarvasv.in), together with any accompanying attachments, documents, or data links, are strictly confidential and may contain legally privileged, commercially sensitive, or proprietary workshop operational information intended solely for the use of the individual or entity named as the intended recipient.

• Unintended Recipients: If you are not the intended recipient (or authorized to receive it on behalf of the intended recipient), you are hereby formally notified that any review, disclosure, copying, distribution, dissemination, or taking of any action in reliance upon the contents of this communication is strictly prohibited and unlawful under applicable laws.
• Error Notification Protocol: If you have received an email from ToolBelt or Sarvasv in error, please immediately notify the sender via reply email or alert us through our contact form, and permanently delete the original communication and all associated attachments from your mailbox and server systems.

2. Intellectual Property Protection

All software architecture, workshop workflows, invoice schemas, algorithms, design assets, and technical documentation transmitted via our email systems remain the exclusive Intellectual Property of Sarvasv Technologies Private Limited, protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

• Receipt of an email communication does not grant, convey, or imply any assignment, transfer, or license of proprietary intellectual property rights to the recipient or any third party.
• Unauthorized commercial exploitation, reverse-engineering, or unauthorized distribution of proprietary data shared via email is strictly prohibited.

3. Data Privacy and DPDP Act, 2023 Compliance

The Company collects, processes, and transmits digital communication data in strict adherence to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDPA”) and India's Information Technology laws.

• Personal data contained in our emails is transmitted strictly for legitimate business purposes, service delivery, or under valid statutory consent frameworks.
• Recipients of our electronic communications agree to process, safeguard, and retain personal data strictly in conformity with the DPDPA and our public Privacy Policy.

4. Non-Binding Nature and Commercial Proposals

Commercial estimates, subscription pricing, feature roadmaps, and consultation remarks exchanged via routine email do not constitute a legally binding contractual offer or formal acceptance under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

• No employee or representative is empowered to finalize a legally binding agreement purely through standard email exchanges without a formal Statement of Work, subscription agreement, or executed contract.
• The Company shall only be legally bound by agreements executed through formal contracts signed by an authorized signatory of Sarvasv Technologies Private Limited.

5. Limitation of Liability and Virus Warning

While ToolBelt and Sarvasv implement industry-standard cybersecurity measures and automated scanning to maintain secure communications, electronic mail transmissions cannot be guaranteed to be error-free or immune to unauthorized interception or malicious contamination.

• The recipient is responsible for independently screening and virus-scanning all inbound messages and attachments prior to opening or executing them.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims liability for any loss, damage, system corruption, or downtime caused by transmission errors or malicious code.
